2. Service Delivery
Services are delivered according to written agreements, leases, or investment contracts.
Tenants receive property management and leasing support as outlined in lease agreements.
Investors receive updates and performance reports in accordance with contractual terms.
3. Payment Terms
Payments (such as rent, investments, or fees) must be made as outlined in contracts or lease agreements.
Late or missed payments may result in additional fees as specified in agreements.
4. Refunds & Adjustments
Refunds are generally not provided due to the nature of investment and property services.
Exceptions may apply for duplicate payments, billing errors, or unauthorized charges.
5. Responsibilities
Clients, investors, and tenants must provide accurate information and comply with contractual obligations.
