Fulfillment Policy

This Fulfillment Policy outlines how bookings, cancellations, and refunds are managed at Stay&Play Property Group.

Bookings

  • Confirmation is sent via email after successful payment.

  • Booking details including property location, check-in, and check-out will be clearly stated.

Cancellations

  • Cancellations made 7+ days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of check-in may incur a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows are non-refundable.

Refunds

  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days back to the original payment method.

  • In the event of property unavailability due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or alternative property will be offered.
